Acceptable use and order acceptance

Customers must not interfere with operation, misuse credentials, submit fraudulent transactions or violate protected content rights. Although product details, images and prices are maintained carefully, minor packaging, display-color or information differences may occur. Checkout submission is an offer that can be declined or cancelled for stock, payment, address, risk, pricing or technical reasons. The shown tax and delivery charges form part of the total.

Delivery and return commitments

The Shipping Policy contains timing guidance. New merchandise may be returned after approval for either defective or non-defective reasons, and exchange requests are accepted. Non-defective items must stay unused and in original condition. Apply within 30 calendar days after delivery, then mail the approved return with the free prepaid label that came inside the parcel. No restocking fee is collected. The Refund Policy contains the confirmed-address process and the commitment to initiate an approved refund within 10 calendar days.

Consumer protection and site changes

Nothing in these terms overrides rights that law makes non-excludable, and limitations apply only to the permissible extent. Store content may be protected, and site information or these terms may be updated when reasonably needed. The order remains subject to its applicable version unless law says otherwise.
